HCG Diet Day 2 16 Sept 2014

Weight : 82.8kg  Weight loss : 1.1kg

I am totally amaze! 1kg off!!!!! Last night was a torture. Wanted to snack but control myself and sleep early. 
Morning waking up ok. No much cravings.

Breakfast :Tea
Lunch: Stir fry prawn with jap cucumber. 1/2 grapefruit and 1 grissini stick.
Dinner : Curry chicken with cabbage. Airfried Apple topped with crushed grissini stick and some cinnamon. Rather eat raw apple hahaha.

Had a terrible timing from 2-5pm. I am so used to snacking so the feelings is sucks. Its really a mind will power!

Shall see how much I can survive ....



HCG Diet Day 1 15 Sept 2014

Weight: 83.9kg

Breakfast ; Earl Gray Tea
Lunch : 100g Grill Chicken Breast , 80g Lettuce, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 Green Tea
Dinner : Cabbage soup with Steam Cod fish. 1 Apple.
Load 3 litre of water!
3ml of HCG drop 6 times a day.

I am going for 21 days VLCD first. 500 Calories. Breakfast only stick and tea. Lunch & Dinner only 100g of protein meat indicated in HCG list, 1 portion vegetable & fruit also in approved list. Real challenging for me to figure what to cook as need to avoid same meat same vege within the day. No mixing of vegetables too.

Morning wake up feel full... i guess all the loading. Hardly can finish all my meals as above!
Day 1 survived!







HCG Loading Days 1 & 2

Have not been updating yet. Done my loading days 1 week early on 13 & 14th of Sept 2014.
Damn disgusting as I have been figuring and search what are the most high fat content foods I can go for !

Loading days should be most amazing days but not for me.

I started my day with 0.5ml hcg drops. I doing it every 2.5hourly to achieve 3ml per day.

The drop taste...hmmm.. like hospital smell haha. Getting used to it.

Loading Day 1
Weight: 83.5kg

Breakfast:
Bacon bites with butter & eggs
Lontong

Lunch:
2 pc KFC, 1/2 bowl chicken rice, 200ml pepsi

Snack: Venetta Ice cream 1/4 portion

Dinner:
Half prawn mee, half carrot cake follow by diarrhoea 2X1

Supper:
1 avocado share with 100ml bulla thick cream & 200ml full cream milk & 10pcs of macadamia nuts.

VEERY FULL!!!!!

Loading Day 2
Weight : 83.7kg

ATE SO MUCH ONLY GAIN 200G! To happy or to be sad..

Dont feel like eating any food but really need to stuff myself more.
Cant remember what I have ate

Breakfast: Fried kway Tiow
Lunch : Jacks Place steak with potato lotsa sour cream and bacon bites. Ice cream as dessert.
Dinner : Cannot recall but remember my avocado shake.
Supper : Bacon bites with plenty cheddar cheese and olive oil. Wanted to vomit!

END OF LOADING DAYS WEIGHT : 83.9kg!

GAIN total of 400g only!
