HCG Loading Days 1 & 2

Have not been updating yet. Done my loading days 1 week early on 13 & 14th of Sept 2014.
Damn disgusting as I have been figuring and search what are the most high fat content foods I can go for !

Loading days should be most amazing days but not for me.

I started my day with 0.5ml hcg drops. I doing it every 2.5hourly to achieve 3ml per day.

The drop taste...hmmm.. like hospital smell haha. Getting used to it.

Loading Day 1
Weight: 83.5kg

Breakfast:
Bacon bites with butter & eggs
Lontong

Lunch:
2 pc KFC, 1/2 bowl chicken rice, 200ml pepsi

Snack: Venetta Ice cream 1/4 portion

Dinner:
Half prawn mee, half carrot cake follow by diarrhoea 2X1

Supper:
1 avocado share with 100ml bulla thick cream & 200ml full cream milk & 10pcs of macadamia nuts.

VEERY FULL!!!!!

Loading Day 2
Weight : 83.7kg

ATE SO MUCH ONLY GAIN 200G! To happy or to be sad..

Dont feel like eating any food but really need to stuff myself more.
Cant remember what I have ate

Breakfast: Fried kway Tiow
Lunch : Jacks Place steak with potato lotsa sour cream and bacon bites. Ice cream as dessert.
Dinner : Cannot recall but remember my avocado shake.
Supper : Bacon bites with plenty cheddar cheese and olive oil. Wanted to vomit!

END OF LOADING DAYS WEIGHT : 83.9kg!

GAIN total of 400g only!

My next post will be full about my whole 1 week of journey post dated....

Week 1 HCG : 15 - 21 Sept.
I am amaze by the result!
