Looking at the mirror... where did I loss? Face some... tummy more.... hips smaller.... I need more!
Breakfast: Green Tea
Lunch : 3 egg white 1 whole egg with asparagus. 1 apple , 1 stick
Dinner : Cod Fish with lettuce soup. 1 orange.
Way to go! I can do it. Some side effects like mild headache, thirsty happen to me but gone after a week or so,
